Policies
Each of my clients are very important to me! I value your time and experience with me as your chosen photographer. As such, I have outlined some of my most important policies and procedures to enforce standards for all sessions. Please note that additional policies and procedures are included in contracts outside of the ones listed below.
Payment
Upon booking, 50% of the total price is due. This first payment is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due the day of the scheduled photoshoot. If second payment is not received, the images will not be released to client.
Late/Cancellations
I have a 20 min grace period. If client is past 20 minutes late, the photoshoot will be canceled and a refund will not be issued. It is then clients responsibility to re-book and reschedule. If you need to cancel, please contact me 48 hours in advance. If a studio is booked, rescheduling fee may apply. A no-show client will be banned from booking again.
Day of Photoshoot
It is very important you show up to the photoshoot on time and ready to shoot. Hair and makeup should be completely done prior to arrival. No additional guests are allowed at the photoshoot.
